I received this award from the City of Longwood for being a good citizen and efforts to build up the local community. This includes my history writings and work with the Longwood Historic Society in starting the walking tours program, founding of the Monster Dash, trustee of the three historc propertes, and the Carols & Cocoa event.

In honor of two decades of dedication to the race and the sport, the meet management surprised me by naming the Invitaitonal division of the flrunners.com Invitational after me at the meet's 20th anniversary. This is largest cross country race in the Southeast, which I founded while a sophomore in college.

Presented with a jersey and banner with my name on it was hung permanently in the rafters at the FloSports headquarters in Austin, along with the founders and early employees.

It was announced at our senior management meeting that the team I manage has the highest overall NPS score of any in the company. NPS measures the team's overall happiness and job satisfaction. The score of +64 was not only rated #1 among other managers, but is quite remarkable and well above industry norms for even top companies.

Earned MVP Award during a company-wide awards ceremony at the mid-year off-site meeting at our Austin headquarters.

I was bestowed this honor at a midfield presentation during the Golden South Classic in Orlando for Outstanding Contributions to High School Track & Field.

Florida Athletic Coaches Association presented this honor at the annual FACA Cross Country Clinic for service to the sport and contributions to the FACA.

Recognized at County Commission meeting and presented a framed certificate for contributions to the county's sports programs and tourism, as part of the flrunners.com Invitational's years in Titusville.
